AGRA 2017: Rimex to present a series of innovative machines by Bednar, Merlo, Agrifac, Casella
Rimex Technologies will participate in the agricultural exhibition AGRA 2017, which will be held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria from 22 to 26-th of February. The company will present new technologies in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment, with emphasis on increasing crop yields, reduce operating costs and care for the earth.
Focus at the event will be machines that form a complex of technological lines, combining several agricultural operations in a single pass. The top qualities of the presented farm machinery, that the team of Rimex has selected to show at AGRA 2017, adapt to different soil and climatic conditions for the specific regions of Bulgaria.
At exhibition area V 14 during AGRA Rimex will show new models of agricultural equipment brands Agrifac, Bednar, Merlo and Casella. In addition, farmers will be able to learn about the full range of oil and air filters Donaldson, as well as oils Nordlub, which cover all the needs in agricultural mechanization - engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems.
Telescopic handlers MERLO with new options, presenting for the first time in Bulgaria:
During AGRA, Rimex to present the new model of telehandler MERLO Turbofarmer TF 42.7 with a range of new options. This is the most powerful 7-meter class loader on market with carrying 4.20 tons. The engine is the ultimate emission class Tier 4 final with 140 h.p. Original EPD Plus, which is equipped loader is a novelty that will be shown for the first time in Bulgaria. The system saves up to 18% of fuel consumption.
During the Agra 2017 can be seen and the other new model - MERLO P27.6 - a powerful new "dwarf" of MERLO, but most quickly in this class. This machine is the perfect solution for medium-sized livestock farms, as has the compactness and power simultaneously.
Last but not least farmers will be able to see MERLO TF35.7-120 - familiar from the 2016 mass model with carrying 3.50 tons. The model is equipped with new "make" bridges of MERLO, with epicyclic final drives and a number of new features that make the loader even better and reliable.
Self-propelled sprayers AGRIFAC Condor - Model Condor IV ClearancePlus:
AGRIFAC is one of the most prestigious brands in manufacturing crop protection agricultural machinery in the world. At AGRA 2017 Rimex will show the self-propelled sprayer Agrifac Condor IV Clearence Plus / Wide Track Plus.
The machine is equipped with Stabiloplus chassis with air suspension, adjustable depending on the weight of the tank, allowing maximum transport speed of 50 km / h, even with a full tank. Maximum stability of the machine is achieved due to the even distribution of weight on 4 wheels.
The ground clearance of the Condor ClearancePlus can be set variable from 130 cm up to 200 cm, so this sprayer offers perfect ground clearance for each crop. This solution protects all kind of crops in a perfect way by an optimal application of crop protection agents and it protects especially high-growing crops against damages from the machine.
Like the whole Condor family, the ClearancePlus is based on the unique and patented StabiloPlus chassis. This chassis effortlessly compensates every bump it encounters. This is a great benefit for the stability of the spray boom, besides that it enables you to adjust the track width variable from 190 cm to 225 cm or from 265 cm to 300 cm. Altogether the Condor ClearancePlus is an extremely stable, flexible and very comfortable self-propelled sprayer, in the field and on the road.
BENDAR - STRIEGEL-PRO PE series is 6-row straw harrow equipped with two independently hydraulically controlled working sections of tines.
The first section includes four rows of tines that disrupt the top soil layer at 2–4 cm. The second section includes two rows of tines for final surface treatment.
In addition, the machine may be equipped with cutting coulters for summer management of crop residue in the stubble-field.
For the spring preparation, the machine may be equipped with a front hydraulically controlled leveller – Crushbar for top soil levelling. The paddles of the levelling bar can be mounted on the coulter tines and vice versa.
At AGRA 2017, the farmers can be able to see other Bednar machinery as: Bednar Omega drill, cultivators, sub-soilers etc.
Irrigation systems CASELLA at AGRA 2017:
Professional and high quality Italian irrigation systems CASELLA will also be presented at the exhibition AGRA 2017 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. An increased interest for irrigation systems is expected because of the possibilities for funding of investment projects under the Rural Development Program untill 2020.
The irrigation is an important agro-technical operation that guarantees the preservation and increase of grain yields, especially in hygrophytes cultures. At AGRA will be shown the system Casella LL 140/400, which is equipped with its own diesel engine for winding the pipe, making it more economical and productive. The machine is made of robust construction, the length of the pipe is 400 meters with a diameter of 140 mm. The Hydro-Control computer controls the speed of turning the pipe in the range of 5 to 999 m. / Hr., Announced completion of irrigation, automatically calculates the speed of the steering tube on the duration of irrigation, and showed no evidence of time left for irrigation status of the workflow.
